STRAWBERRIES & CREAM / A promotional video I made together with Christine Maas for the launch of Strawberries & Cream, a concept of Strawberry Earth, which is all about helping the environment by organising the way we spend our money. Consumer power with a twist. For the first event Strawberry Earth approached different bars in Amsterdam and asked them how much of their revenue from one evening they would invest in making eco upgrades to their bar. In exchange, they arranged for an invasion of customers on an otherwise quiet evening. The bar with the winning bid was café Waldorf, Elandsgracht 2, Amsterdam. Waldorf offered 60% of its revenue to make their bar eco friendlyer. So, cafe Waldorf was rewarded with Strawberries & Cream!
